Comments: This trail is a large loop that circles a large and soggy meadow. The paths are wide and there is very little elevation change making this a great walk for those who want to enjoy Tahoe's wonders without physical challenge. You will enjoy the pinks here. Shooting Stars line the waterways that are hidden form your eyes by the grass. And both species of Elephant Heads are easily found. A pleasant walk!
Directions: Beginning in Incline Village, take Route 431 towards Mount Rose and Reno. In about 7 miles you will see a large open meadow on the right hand side. Between this meadow and the next, there is a paved road to a large parking area with needed facilities. The trail head is well marked.
